The mix of flavors in this #veganbowl were so good! "Brown Rice & Quinoa, Roasted

Squash & Zucchini, Roasted Red Peppers, Dates, Kalamata Olives, Cashews, Cilantro Pumpkin Seed Pesto". The #dates really made the dish imo. So unique but went together so well! I also love their tofu - they cut it into large pieces so it's a little softer than I would usually get or make, but is very good and seasoned well.

Ok this dish was amazing! What I love most about this restaurant is they take

these plates and surprise me with flavors that I don't expect while making a healthy dish that leaves me feeling confident about my health choices and satisfied by eating a delicious meal out. The cut up dates and kalamata olives were amazing with the squash and roasted red pepper. I am not usually the type to mix my dishes before eating, more often I eat by section, but I definitely mixed this all together and enjoyed the unexpected combinations! #glutenfree #healthylifestyle #healthyfood
