I don’t know how accessible this will be for folks outside of Michigan, I just recently found this in the grocery store myself but it is life changing. Cardboard packaging is recyclable but the cheese is unfortunately wrapped in plastic inside. I love this cheese in a pastry crust 😭 It’s delicious on its own but I like to top my pasta with a wedge of it. So yum. Earth shattering. It’s a bit expensive but worth it imo. Pop it in the oven for 30 minutes, slice, and serve <3
