Vegetable Spring Roll at Veggie House — Iszy's Review (Mar 11, 2024)

Fried spring rolls are always a great way to start a meal. These have wood ear mushrooms, carrot, celery, bamboo shoots, and glass noodles. They're served with a sweet and sour sauce. I really like that they have the wood ear mushrooms in them. They provide a unique meaty flavor. The sweet and sour sauce is different from any other that I've had. It was a bit too sweet for me without enough sour to balance it out.
