vegan sausage bap at Barn Cafe — sianski's Review (Mar 9, 2024)

The Barn Cafe is part of the very well preserved Arts and Craft Standen House owned by the National Trust.
They have a few vegan options on their menu.
I went for this no frills vegan bap.
At £5 I wouldn’t call it a bargain, but it was a satisfying lunch that revved me up after a long drive, ready to explore the house.
The white flour bap made a good sandwich for the generous amount of sausage and the sausage was strong with herbs. Very plain, no salad garnish,
It’s a busy cafe, packed with visitors to the NT property. I admire these places as they are run well and the majority of the staff are volunteers.
