King bolete #mushroom in miso sake sauce - described as King oyster mushroom with miso sake sauce, samphire, caramelized chicory & hazelnut. #mushroomlover 

Lots of #winter #veggies. The #chicory was nicely soft and caramelized. The mushroom seasoned and cooked to perfection. #Samphire added a crunchy part and freshness. The #miso sauce was so #umami! Great start of the meal
