Amazing yummy burger! 🍔🤤 Although it had no fishy flavour at all, could’ve easily been the fake chicken burger. Nonetheless I loved it 🤤 It had pickles and a pickle sauce. 🍔
Side question: Someone told me it’s better to eat fish than plants, because plants cause ‘collateral damage’ such as the killing of rodents and insects, and fish not. What to think or react to this?

That argument sounds like the one Ed Winters writes about in his last book; Ted Nugent's argument / the crop deaths argument. That is based on a 2003 study an animal science professor called Steven Davis did and his estimates seem flawed eg about how many animals are killed due to crop harvesting and just that he studied one farm and assumed all farms are the same. Many animals like mice and rats get eaten by predators and that would happen regardless of whether or not the area is farmed. Ed goes into more detail etc but the gist seems to be that people trying to use this argument are trying to prove veganism isn't perfect. I don't think many vegans think or claim that it is but being vegan is associated with less cruelty / deaths than eating animals (yes fish are animals) and it doesn't take that much thinking to work that out 😀 I am not even sure many people believe arguments like this. Some just like to troll vegans unfortunately and see if they can wind us up or stymie us 😕
