How cute and fun this is. Would be perfect as an on the go meal. The “salmon” texture and taste was spot on. The spicy miso mayo sauce I really liked, it had a nice lil zing of heat on the backend of it. Would’ve just liked a tidge bit more of it. The edamame in the bowl gave a nice chew component to the bowl and the mango freshened it up.
