Takoyaki balls drizzled with vegan mayonnaise alongside sesame seeds and 'meat floss' (which I believe is more Filipino fusion-style)! Within the takoyaki balls, there were some kind of seafood tofu sticks that were pleasantly chewy. 🍢🦑 Fun and savoury bites that I couldn't help popping into my mouth! Personally, I felt the batter on the outside was a tad firm and could have been slightly thinner / more crispy, while the inside was somewhat dense and could have been slightly softer / more gooey. I believe this is the first (and only??) vegan takoyaki in Singapore, so I would highly recommend trying it! 🥰 They have a seaweed version too if 'meat floss' seems too unconventional.
