Protein Flapjack (Cocoa Coconut) by TREKsianski's Review (Feb 15, 2024)

Not to be consumed daily as it contains sugar, syrup and salt, but once in a while I appreciate these snack bars as a midday energiser if I’m out and about. Trek bars have oats which are a great source of slow-release complex carbohydrate, but they are sweetened with added cane sugar rather than using the sugar intrinsic to fruit or dried fruit, so they're not as nutritious as they could be. 🥹
The balance of flavours works really well, chocolate, oat and coconut. 😋
They are ideal portions and take you through an active day until the next meal.
I just won’t make a habit of them.
