Happy Pancake Day! This made quite traditional tasting ‘UK’ pancakes, which were tasty enough. My only criticisms are that 1) the ingredients were SO simple (but not in a good way for the price), and that the mixture didn’t mix well in the shaker bottle and it just felt like a big waste of plastic. You can recreate these at home using a pancake recipe that is based on flour/plant milk/baking powder and oil.
