There are some yogurts that I just don’t like, all of them similar in taste, but this one is a whole new level of awful, like no other! It seems pretty healthy though, with an impressive number of live cultures, calcium, iron, and protein. Not one I’d get again, since I generally don’t sacrifice taste for health, but worth, not throwing out. I scooped a little bit, like half a tablespoon, and made the most creamy and delicious strawberry smoothie. I don’t credit this yogurt for making my smoothie as creamy as it was, but at least it added a bit more nutrients. #yogurt #calcium #probiotics #iron #protein
