This was listed as an #appetizer but could well be the #main star of the show! ⭐️

It was served on a hot and sizzling plate, which set the bar high already. It was #tofu marinated in their #signature #spices and #herbs grilled in a #tandoor oven. There were also some grilled bell peppers and #onions. 🧅 some raw onions were on the side and I was told to use the hot plate to caramelize them. Worked perfectly.

The marinade was perfect, the tofu cooked to perfection, possibly the best tofu dish I’ve ever had. Loved it
