Slaw at Murray Hillbilly — Iszy's Review (Feb 8, 2024)

The slaw is made with their house-made slaw sauce then topped with special sauce. This is an option I would typically gravitate towards in warmer weather to cool down while eating a hot sandwich. Unfortunately like the mac n' cheeze, this was a bit bland. It tasted primarily of mayo, which I know is a key ingredient, but it could really use more vinegar to balance it out and bring some tanginess. It was also just a bit too sweet without that bite to balance it out.

It's also quite a bummer that they use plastic utensils and disposable bowls. Also they don't have any free water. If you ask for water you'll be charged for a plastic bottle. :/
