First time trying Harvest Beat in #seattle. This #allvegan #finedining restaurant has a changing #tastingmenu based on #seasonal #local produce. The menu changes every 4 weeks. It is about $130/person so on the expensive side but it is an experience in itself with the wine or elixir pairings. You eat all courses at the same time as everyone else in the restaurant.

Spiced #carrotcake with #pineapple #buttercream and #guava #custard topped with toasted pecans.
This #desert was delicious! Cake was moist and not too sweet, the pineapple cream was topped with baked connamon apples and micro basil. The guava custard added a tanginess and unie flavor to pull it all together.
