First time trying Harvest Beat in #seattle. This #allvegan #finedining restaurant has a changing #tastingmenu based on #seasonal #local produce. The menu changes every 4 weeks. It is about $130/person so on the expensive side but it is an experience in itself with the wine or elixir pairings. You eat all courses at the same time as everyone else in the restaurant.

This creamy #ginger, #lemongrass, #tumeric, #tomato #bisque came garnished with lime salt and a little bit of dried chili. The dried chili on on with the soup was delicious. The soup was plated with the second course, salad.
