Just Egg Breakfast Sandwich at Vegan East — Iszy's Review (Jan 28, 2024)

It's kinda weird that Vegan East only just now added breakfast sandwiches! Their savory options up until this point were more lunch-y. They now have two breakfast sandwich options and biscuits & gravy.

This sandwich has JUST Egg and Chao cheese. What looks like gravy is an incredible creamy pesto sauce with sundried tomatoes. The biscuit that holds the sandwich together is so fresh, but unexpectedly soft. I was surprised it held together while I was eating it! This was $10 and included a side of fresh fruit. It felt like a great deal to me!
