First time at this #fullyvegan restaurant. Stopped by on a Saturday night at about 10:00 pm. They also have a bar with margaritas and other drinks. You seat yourself and order on food on your phone and alcoholic drinks at the bar. It felt a little weird ib ny opinion and impersonal but not a huge deal for most people. They are open until 11, which is super convenient for a very late diner. Started with the #nachos, they were fully loaded, huge portion that can be shared in a group.
Comes with #guacamole, #beans, #vegancheese (which was in a delicious creamy sauce form), #olives, #jalapenos, vegan #crema and we added vegan #barbacoa meat.
This was good but I did not like the starkness of temperatures on the dish. The guac, beans and crema was cold but cheese sauce was hot, so some bites were cold and others warm. I know it is a small thing to mention but it was jarring to me and made it hard to enjoy and immerse myself in the dish. The cheese sauce was also not well distributed, it was all over the bottom nachos and pooling at the bottom so that was sad. But I love that there is such an easily accesable vegan eatery open this late in #seattle. I also had a freshly made agua de #tamarindo and it was delicious and refreshing.
