Vegan crispy bao bun

Xu Noodle Bar Eindhoven

The Xu Noodle bar has a good selection of vegan dishes. My husband had the vegan crispy bao bun made with tempeh. It is delicious and reasonably priced. This restaurant has over a 1000 google reviews and a score of 4.3. It’s one of my go to restaurants in Eindhoven.
