Chubby (BUI BUI 😭) #burrito 🌯 with a well-toasted skin, not just plain tortilla wrap! Stuffed with smokey tempeh, scrambled tofu 'egg', sliced avocado, mango salsa, jalapeños, @violife #violifecheddar #vegancheese, and tangy aioli. 🍳🥑🧀 A slight variation of the one I had at Conscious Festival previously in terms of the ingredients. My non-veg friend enjoyed this despite not being familiar with tempeh and scrambled tofu. He also said the filling was indulgently creamy and extremely generous.
