I already have a favorite brand of vegan feta, but decided to give this a try when I saw it on sale. It doesn’t taste as good as my other favorite brand, but as an ingredient, it does add an authentic taste. Not a great source of nutrient overall, but it does provide a little calcium. I like how there’s not an overwhelming number of ingredients, and they’re simple. 
It melts nicely, so I’ve been using it in my pastas and sandwiches. This is one of those cheeses that I like better melted, so I haven’t been adding this to my salads like I do with my other favorite brand. #vegancheese #feta #ditchdairy #dairyisscary #dairyfree #followyourheart #nongmo
