Asagao at Shinka Sushi Bar — Le Raton Saveur's Review (Jan 17, 2024)

I love mango, especially for a little bit of sweetness in sushi. The roll also contained cucumber, avocado, and ajistuke kanpyo (seasoned gourd strips).

It was a great complement to the Peaceful roll (pictured on the left in the box whereas this one is on the right).

Shinka is worth trying if you’re a poké or #sushilover
