Carrot Cake at ALFONSITO | Brunch Cafe — Madeleine's Review (Jan 13, 2024)

At first glance it looked more like banana bread but it was actually carrot cake. It came out on its side and was pretty plain without any icing or caramel drizzle. Just a bit of cinnamon dusted on top. It had a kind of spongey texture, again, like banana bread, and not like cake. All in all, it was ok but Vegan Rock does carrot cakes properly will all the trimmings and such.
