Review of Mozzabella - One Love Planet by hoovedhaven

One of my favourite foods before I went vegan that o have not been able to replicate (because without cheese it’s just a tomato salad) is Caprese salad. Until today and this gorgeous Mozzabella from a boutique vegan cheesery on Aucklands north shore.
If you are in NZ, you are going to want to get your hands on this cheese (I’m working my way through their entire range!!) - pretty sure they ship nationwide.
