there's some sinusitis infection raging within the community (covid not apparently) since school resumed earlier this year with a 4 day gap between individual infections with symptoms. Before I know it, tis my turn to receive #veganuary 2024 with a hard bang (GST increase aside). Runaway voicebox, 39deg temperatures and its lingering effect. Stay safe and mask up folks!

#sweetandsour deepfried, chewy #chicken alongside cheery vegetables in the form of #bellpeppers, #zucchini and #fruits (#tomato and plumb #lychee) adorned with #lettuce. Recommended (to get chef) to tone down on sugar level for seasoning considering fruit itself already lends a good amt of fructose 😜
