This easily melts and makes such a yummy sandwich or melty wrap. This is one of those cheeses that I only like melted. I just put this on top of whatever else I’m frying, like a plant-based patty, and put a glass cover over it on a lower heat.
This is a bit high in saturated fat because of the coconut oil. I like how they add vitamin b12 to this. And I like how the listed ingredients point out that the flavors to this are also vegan. And although some of my favorite cheeses are nut- based, and this one is not, I’m glad that this tastes good because it’s an option that I can use for my friends and acquaintances who are allergic to nuts.
I’m really grateful that this product of Greece is available here in the US.
