Chicken Fried Rice at Blossom Vegetarian Restaurant — sofihuasteca's Review (Jan 9, 2024)

This was good but not as good as the other dishes we had from here (check out my most recent reviews for info on the seasame beef!)
This #friedrice was made with brocoli, bok choy, carrots and #veganchicken. The chicken was a little dry and did not have a similar texture to other vegan chicken I have had. Only because the seasame beef was so phenomenal would I even mention this, but it had so nuch to stack up to. I would suggest tryibg a fake beef dish over a fake chicken dish at this place. Everything is #vegetarian and the menu is expansive and most things are vegan already.
