this #vegancheese was great for #quesadilla, #nachos, and in a #sandwich (that i made to pack lunch for a trip, then promptly ate after before i left because it looked so good).
i like that it's in a block so it can be sliced or crumbled - and less wasteful packaging.
plus it tastes good.

last photos are a pheasant i saw on a walk. I think he felt safe because of all the shrubbery between us, but it made it very hard to get a photo so he is in sections. what a beautiful creature!
