This was a fried green plantain sandwich filled with tender, meaty house-made slow-cooked stewed seitan-based poyo quisado, fresh avocado, lettuce, tomato, and 🌱-based mozzarella cheese. Topped with house guasacaca, a zesty, herby, creamy green sauce made with fresh cilantro, peppers, and a blend of seasonings, and 🌱-based garlic mayo. With a richly flavorful mix of ingredients in the filling and crispy fried plantains replacing the bread, this was one-of-a-kind delicious.
