Made with coconut, pea protein, and some other ingredient, this is so smooth, rich, sweet, creamy, just like the dairy version I remember. Great in hot cocoa, lattes, frappes, etc. I would imagine that this would be great with a fruit salad and pies also. This might be my new go-to for whipped cream. The one I usually get is very good too, but it’s in an aerosol can. Neither are in eco-friendly container, but I think that there’s less waste with this one. I can easily reuse the tub.
