Battered and deep-fried king oyster mushroom cutlet, served with vegan mayonnaise dip. 🍗🍄 Nicely seasoned and not too oily! Crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside, though of course the texture was not like meat - in fact it was quite QQ and mushroom-like ahaha.
