Housemade otah mainly consisting of diced tofu, with an interesting combination of chilli pieces and succulent ‘seafood’ shreds. 🌶️ Spicy and umami signature dish! The texture was very soft and fell apart quite easily though, personally would have liked it to be slightly firmer.
