My fave thing on the menu we ordered and probably the best vegan enchiladas Ive ever had. It has #mushroom, walnut 'ground beef' and shredded mozzarella inside and is topped with more mozzarella and tomatillo salsa. Served with black beans and Spanish rice too. I really liked the pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream toppings. My omni mom raved about these. #enchiladas #houstonvegan 🇲🇽

Hi appleappleamanda I couldn’t find another way to message you about the error I made of posting the Melto chocolate bar which contains milk as I deleted it immediately. Thank you for spotting it. I was given it as one of several ‘vegan’ treats at Christmas and failed to scrutinise the ingredients. I’ll be on the alert with gifts in future.
