Another #easymeal tried for the first time. Again, I really liked this #scrambledtofu . It had #spices that made it tasty. I added it to fried red pepper and mushrooms, along with quinoa and lentils. Made for a flavourful light meal. The texture was good too, soft but held together well.
Will purchase again, especially when it's on another special.
