Caramel Cheesecake at St. Elsewhere — tiascaz's Review (Dec 24, 2023)

This was one of the desserts of the night! A caramel cheesecake with a blueberry compote and pistachio crumble. Talk about decadence. It was light, creamy and sooo good. Perhaps a thicker crust would have been my only improvement.
