Review of Green Waffles at Alchemy by littleredmushroom

No I didn't turn up the saturation on the photo, these #waffles are super green!
One of my favourite dishes at Alchemy from the past, I had to have it again.
It's still super good , even though they changed the recipe a bit. #glutenfree waffles served with avo, arugula, pink sauerkraut, olives and feta, the flavors really all compliment each other well.
The #veganfeta is a highlight but they were pretty skimpy with it as I got a mere 3 little chunks.....compared to past times , its really a lot less 😕
And they reduced the amount of #avocado too . I've seen this restaurant go through a lot of stages in the past 8 years....from a fully raw vegan restaurant , to expanding to cooked food.... to opening other branches in Uluwatu and Tokyo and expanding into opening their own yoga studios as well. They are still an excellent place and I'm happy they are growing but I do notice they are a bit less generous with their ingredients. It wouldn't bother me to the point of not coming here anymore though because the food is some of the best in Ubud !
