Probably the best dish we tried at Linfa during this visit. It’s inspired by the traditional #cotoletta alla Milanese, however instead of being a slice of meat it’s oyster mushrooms, fried with a crunchy coating. It did remind me a lot of the entree they served us at the beginning of the meal and just like for the entree the frying here was just perfect, it gave the dish the perfect crunchiness and wasn’t oily at all. The cutlet was served with a mustard-flavored mayo that was very tasty. The price of this dish was 14€.
