Review of seitan schnitzel sandwich at Pierogi Mountain by edav334

I love that this restaurant's menu is half vegan! I was intrigued by the #schnitzel #sandwich made with a tofu infused #seitan patty. The patty had a great texture and was very crispy. However it didn't have a ton of flavor. I was excited for the lemon #veganmayo, but this also didn't have a ton of flavor, so I was a little disappointed. It was a little small, but was priced appropriately. It went well with a few pierogis on the side.
