I definitely didn't feel my best after eating this, but it was delicious! I've seen
several friends order this when we're here, so I thought I would break away from my traditional order. This sandwich has a breaded and fried tofu-infused #seitan cutlet served with sauerkraut, fresh tomatoes, and brown mustard on a toasted Auddino’s roll which is a great local bread company. I loved the Seitan cutlet! I definitely missed the part on the menu that said it had mustard, I would have ordered it without, but regardless, I still enjoyed it. It's very oily and very unhealthy, just FYI. Haha. It's also a great price at only $11 and comes with a side of #vegan sour cream!
What's super cool about Pierogi Mt is that one of the owner's is vegan, so one half of the menu is vegan, and their #desserts are all vegan as well. They even donated vegan chili for our Thanksgiving for the Turkeys last year. They're just super great people who also have a very inclusive environment and it's a great atmosphere to be in.
