I love this seitan schnitzel sandwich! The tofu seitan cutlet is super crispy & I love the lemon mayo that comes on it! It’s a large sandwich, very filling, great value, highly recommend!

We really liked this cheddar jalapeño style mac & cheese! It was super creamy & a little spicy! Down side, it has a lot of calories & is a little pricy.

I love the veggie enchiladas at Chuy’s! I also love that the rice & beans are vegan!!! I LOVE refried beans! Great value and a nice spot to dine with non vegans. Just make sure to ask for no cheese!
