
Vegan short crust pastry filled with #Impossible meat and chestnut-lentil stuffing. 🥧🌰 I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by how fragrant and 'buttery' the pastry was despite looking slightly dry! The filling was very 'meaty' indeed haha, swipe ➡️ for a picture of the cross-section! Personally would have preferred a higher chestnut-lentil stuffing to 'meat' ratio, as the former was more multidimensional and I'm always a fan of whole foods~ Served alongside roasted baby potatoes and Brussels sprouts (unfortunately quite greasy in my opinion), red onion confit, purple cabbage sauerkraut (mainly salty rather than sour), cranberry jam (semi-solid), and gravy. 🥔🧅🍒 Overall a unique vegan Western dish we don't often find in Singapore.
