I absolutely love these. These are made out of jackfruit which gives them the perfect texture and consistency which is spot on. Didn’t need any seasoning just gave it a squeeze of lemon.
I baked them this time, I have also tried them in the air fryer which is slightly better just because the breading gets crispier.
