Review of Impossible Congee at Privé at Singapore Botanic Gardens by soy-orbison

Banger of a congee right there. Super fragrant from all the little strips of ginger, shallots and spring onions. The congee had a lovely smooth texture.
They were generous with the Impossible mince too. Appreciated the crunchy crackers on top as well!
