The Sweet Hereafter

This consisted of rich, creamy, and savory cashew hollandaise, delicata squash as the seasonal vegetable, kale, and herby, seasoned, lively house seitan sausage on an English muffin.  This had all the flavor and none of the cruelty of non-vegan versions.
