A very tasty and savoury plate of stir-fried hor fun with great wok hey, albeit a little oily. Came with bell pepper as well as @nextmeats #nextmeats wagyu soy 'beef' slices which were meaty and toothsome, though I must say the sweetness from the teriyaki marinade threw me off slightly. 🥢🫑 Do note that @veganspicegirl ordered an extra spicy version and also requested for the beansprouts to be served on the side, so the visuals might be slightly different from the standard version!
