Review of Breakfast bites with vegan egg and sausage - MorningStar Farms by bandita

This is more like a snack for me rather than a breakfast. They’re shaped more like a tiny little muffin instead of a patty like I thought they would be, based on the photo on the packaging. But then again, these are called “Bites“. I was going to enjoy them as a sandwich, but ended up just having them as a snack drizzled with some hot sauce. This would probably make a good breakfast, smothered with salsa and avocado. Texture is kind of chewy and dry. I air-fried them. I’m glad that this is vegan, including the egg, sausage, and cheese, since not of all MorningStar farms, products are vegan.
