Dumplings stuffed with ‘chicken’ / vegetables, steamed to finish. Served with sweet tomato sauce, lotus root chutney, raw jackfruit pickle, chard microgreens.

This delicious starter paved the way to a wonderful meal. The owner served the food, explaining what each dish consisted of, and highlighted how it should be eaten to gain the best experience from the flavours.
