A five on five for this wonderful ice-cream cake.
The ice cream was a bit dark and the sweet brownie complemented it really well.
My institute friends surprised me with this on my birthday and I have to appreciate their sweet efforts. They are non vegan but liked it just as much, and are willing to get one for themselves too.
