Sesame bagel 🥯 stacked with scrambled tofu ‘egg’, smokey tempeh bacon, #violife cheddar and mozzarella #vegancheese, and cashew mayonnaise. 🍳🧀 Loved the scrambled tofu which was impressively creamy and buttery! Packed full of protein too.
