Review of Strudel di pere datteri e uvetta at L'Arcobaleno by pattini

This was the dessert I got at L’Arcobaleno, a vegetarian but very vegan friendly restaurant in Brescia. It’s a reinterpretation of the traditional strudel, with pears instead of apples and dates together with raisins. The portion was super big and had I known this before I would probably have shared the dish with one of my friends (a single portion has 2 slices). It was a pretty good dessert and I think the ingredients work well even if they are not the traditional ones, however the apple strudel remains my favorite.
The price for this dish was 6€.
