Viva la soja! Basically soybeans in two different versions: homemade #silkentofu and yuba, both of delicate taste, and for this to be paired with the sauces and what was my first experience with real wasabi. No paste with diluted flavour, this was raw grated wasabi and it buuurned 🔥
But in the best way, it was delicious and brought all the flavours together. Yum!
